Magos Herrera & Vinicius Gomes

Award winning Mexican vocalist Magos Herrera returns to Outpost, in a duo format this time, with Brazilian guitarist Vinicius Gomes to perform adaptations of the music off of her May 2023 release, “Aire” which highlights her original music as well as music from the Great Latin American Songbook. Herrera has been described as “one of the greatest contemporary interpreters of song.” (The Latin Jazz Network). Vinicius Gomes performs extensively worldwide and performs with his own projects in New York. His 2022 release, Home, was picked “Jazz Album of the Year 2022” by Star Revue magazine and was critically acclaimed by Downbeat magazine.
