Retraction 07/14/2026: After Southwest Contemporary published this exhibition review online, we were informed that an earlier draft of the review had been circulated outside of the editorial process.
Upon further review, we found that the author of the review shared this draft with the subjects of the article, a violation of our editorial policies.
While the discourse of art criticism is inherently subjective, it is rooted in rigorous analysis and informed judgment—rather than personal opinions and allegiances—and must still uphold journalistic ethical standards.
