Join the Railyard Park Conservancy’s Railyard Art Project for a closing celebration of James Gould’s Sprickle, a mixed media installation which has been on exhibit in the Railyard Park’s Open Field since January. Constructed primarily with reclaimed wood and metal, Sprickle draws inspiration from neglected structures that have been left to weather and disintegrate. Stop by to meet the artist, and enjoy drinks, snacks and live music by Glorieta Pines. Event attendees also will be allowed special access inside the Sprickle structure.
This project is being supported in part by New Mexico Arts, a division of the Department of Cultural Affairs, by the National Endowment for the Arts, and by the City of Santa Fe’s Arts and Culture Department.
