Wright director Ann Landi will offer a brief overview of the life and times of Florence Miller Pierce (1918–2007), whose career covered nearly seven decades and numerous approaches, from the dreamy paintings she made as part of the Transcendental Painting Group to the luminous poured-resin works of her later years. Art dealer Charlotte Jackson (a close friend of Pierce) joins art historians James Moore and Joe Traugott, for a panel about the artist.
