This year, after a pandemic hiatus, the Santa Fe Studio Tour takes place October 8-10 and October 16-17. Nearly seventy artists are waiting to show their new artwork in the intimate settings of their working studios. The artists have had eighteen months to create exciting new art to finally share with the public. The event starts with an opening reception at the tour’s preview gallery to be held at the Santa Fe Woman’s Club, 1616 Old Pecos Trail, October 8, 5-8 pm. Come meet the artists and see examples of their work in a gallery setting. The preview gallery will remain open October 9-10, 10 am-4 pm.
This year, the new SFST smartphone app will help art lovers view artists’ work, select favorites, and find directions to their studios. The SFST app also has a map where you can plan your trip by location. You can also see a list of the studio tour donors and learn about the Santa Fe Studio Arts Collective, the nonprofit sponsor of the SFST. Find the SFST app at santafestudiotour.org.
