Tonee Harbert, Through the Static and Distance
March 21-May 3, 2020
This exhibition is the culmination of Tonee Harbert’s first nine months at the Roswell Artist-in-Residence program. A photography exhibition that shows the southeast New Mexico landscape with surreal and melancholy beauty, and is relevant during the pandemic, showing an absence of people, while referencing marks of humanity on the landscape.
New Mexico Art From Anywhere is a series of exhibition walk-throughs submitted by galleries, nonprofits, and artist-run spaces in New Mexico affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. While most galleries are now closed or have limited viewing hours, we remain committed to bringing you great content and giving visibility to the arts in New Mexico.
