Experiences for artists abound in Sin City, but Nevada’s remote residencies are just as dazzling. Discover nine programs to match any artist’s pace.

Nevada is a place of extreme contrasts: home to the supercharged spectacle of Las Vegas, one of the world’s busiest tourism destinations, its vast stretches of open desert invite a different quality of attention. Artists can gear-shift accordingly, and either way, opportunities for new ways of seeing abound. The residencies below reflect that range, offering artists and writers across disciplines abundant inspiration to develop work.
