Opening: Carl Smith: Zenith

At the center of things, a light gathers itself—
not loudly, but the way frost finds a field before dawn.
Each line reaches outward, touching another, until the whole panel seems to hold a quiet weather of stars. “Zenith” reminds us that even in darkness, order can bloom from the smallest mark, widening into wonder.
