About
Taawaki Inn is a one-of-a-kind blend of traditional Hopi culture and modern luxury located in the picturesque town of Clarkdale, Arizona. It is owned and operated by the Hopi Tribe Economic Development Corporation. This groundbreaking venture is the first Hopi hotel constructed off the Hopi reservation. The forty-four-room, two-story structure spans 33,000 square feet and serves as a testament to the rich culture and history of the Hopi people.
Co-developed with the Hopi community, the hotel offers guests an immersive cultural and educational experience. Visitors will have the opportunity to view a variety of Hopi artists' works, including Kachina dolls, plaques, baskets, handmade pottery, woven belts, paintings, murals, and a stained-glass Sun Kachina located above the main entrance. In addition to its unique and modern design, Taawaki Inn will feature amenities such as a conference room, gallery/gift shop, fitness center, and cafe.
