Opening Reception: Guadalupe Street Feature: Helen K. Tindel

Opening Reception: Friday, May 8th from 5–7pm
In her upcoming exhibition, Helen Tindel approaches painting as an act of surrender rather than control. Rooted in lineage and a deep connection to place, her work unfolds intuitively, unplanned, unforced, and guided by an internal knowing rather than external expectation. Each piece emerges as part of a continuous, living practice, where color, form, and movement arise organically. Tindel does not seek to direct interpretation; instead, she releases the work into the world, allowing each viewer to bring their own meaning to what is felt, seen, and experienced.
