Linda Armantrout: …will we know what they are saying?
On view: December 5, 2025–January 17, 2026
Opening reception: Friday, December 5, 5:00-7:00 pm
In her exhibition, …will we know what they are saying?, Linda Armantrout continues her exploration of the interconnection between the spiritual and natural worlds. Each painting serves as a contemplative act guided by meditation and intuition. Her engagement with animal imagery reflects a deepening awareness of kinship across species. By privileging emotional resonance over intellectual control, Armantrout allows the unexpected to shape meaning as it emerges through the act of painting.
The title of the exhibition comes from the Gary Lawless poem, When The Animals Come To Us
