Artist Talks, Shared Terrain: Art, Law, and Ecology
April 3, 1:00 pm—5:00 pm MDT
Free

Can art inspire legal reform? Can lawyers embrace art for advocacy? Can artists and lawyers collaborate to protect the environment? This half-day program, hosted by the UNM School of Law, seeks to open a dialogue exploring these questions. We’ll hear from painters and sculptors and comic-book makers in conversation with writers and lawyers and law professors. We’ll engage in our own conversations, forging connections, imagining new pathways toward protecting and healing our shared terrain.
