Tlacaelel Studios has been creating visual and performance for over forty years. Tlacaelel's work is in private collections around the country and was recently acquired by the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, New Mexico. Tlacaelel has been recognized regionally and nationally and has presented his visual and performance art at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Albuquerque Museum, the Millicent Rogers Museum, the Taos Center for the Arts, and the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Having recently performed his one-man show "Yo Soy Joaquin" at the Taos Center for the Arts, his show will soon be on film, watch for the release.
