About
The Inger Jirby Gallery & Guest Houses have been located in the Downtown Taos Historic District for 28 years. The gallery features the bright, colorful, expressionist paintings, watercolors and prints by Inger Jirby. She paints landscapes, still lifes and portraits with a unique color sensitivity and expression. Upon entering the gallery and seeing the paintings and prints, visitors become immediately happy by the infusion of color and joy. In addition to work by Jirby, the gallery features a sculpture garden, metal sculptures created by Fredrick Prescott, Rick Hewitt and Ed Haddaway, clay murals by Priscilla Hoback, and carvings by Brian Two Hawks.
Adjacent to the gallery are the two Inger Jirby Guest Houses. Each casita is warm and inviting, cheerfully decorated in Jirby's unique style. Each casita is outfitted with a full kitchen, bath and laundry, and will accommodate four guests. They are available through VRBO and AirBnB.
