Exhibition Opening: Keep Hope, the Colorful Retrospective of June Jewell

June Jewell has explored many mediums (digital, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, printmaking, wood-burning, embroidery, etc.) and subjects (portraits, animals, abstracts, still life, landscapes, etc.) in her lifetime of art making. This solo show will represent colorful works from 2000 and beyond, and also be a celebration of June’s 40 years on earth. Snakestone Studios is located in downtown Truth or Consequences, NM and ordinarily houses the works of 5 local artists. Truth or Consequences is an artsy, rural community with natural hot springs.
