Performance: NMSU Wind Symphony: Hope and Peace

On Tuesday, April 21, the NMSU Wind Symphony will present its last concert of the season, “Hope and Peace,” featuring international trumpet player Jens Lindemann as a soloist on two pieces. This performance will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Atkinson Recital Hall on the NMSU campus and is free and open to the public.
The concert will center on themes of celebration, hope, loss and peace. The program includes pieces by Joan Tower, Morten Lauridsen, Jay Chattaway, Michael Markowski and Peter Meechan. Meechan will also be present at the performance.
