Weems Gallery is a women-owned, Latina-owned business dedicated to promoting contemporary artistic excellence within an approachable, community-oriented atmosphere for every kind of collector. Established in 1981 by Mary Ann Weems, Weems began with a mission to demystify the art world and make regional works accessible to a broader audience. For nearly four decades, the gallery became a cultural anchor in Albuquerque, famously hosting the annual Weems International Artfest. Today, the gallery represents more than fifty artists and fine jewelers working in the West, and offers additional services to support collectors and arts organizations.
