MainStreet Truth or Consequences is a non-profit organization led by a community-based group of volunteers dedicated to the revitalization and beautification of downtown T or C. The Historic Hot Springs District is a destination with unique retail, community activity, performing and visual arts, as well as opportunities for healing and rejuvenation. Our downtown is the heart of the community, rooted in our diverse past and working toward a vibrant and prosperous future.

Join us downtown on the second Saturday of every month, 6-9 pm, for Second Saturday Art Hop, and experience all the art, culture and energy Truth or Consequences has to offer!
