DESCRIPTION:Austin-based artist RF. Alvarez is bringing his very sought-after (and very intimate) LOVERS sessions to The Contemporary Austin. \nTypically held at the artist’s studio\, LOVERS is a series of nude life-drawing sessions accompanied by mezcal tastings\, hosted and curated by artist RF. Alvarez. Each is built around a central theme that drives model choice\, poses\, and mezcal pairings. \nThis two-hour session\, titled “Adonis\,” will feature a single\, muscular male model and three mezcals from varying agaves to highlight structure\, depth\, and story\, along with high-quality charcoal and paper\, and instruction from Alvarez. \nArtists of all levels are welcome. LOVERS is about building community\, being present\, and finding artistic confidence. \nLimited tickets available (on sale July 1) \nStrictly 21+
