DESCRIPTION:June Jewell has explored many mediums (digital\, acrylic\, gouache\, watercolor\, printmaking\, wood-burning\, embroidery\, etc.) and subjects (portraits\, animals\, abstracts\, still life\, landscapes\, etc.) in her lifetime of art making. This solo show will represent colorful works from 2000 and beyond\, and also be a celebration of June’s 40 years on earth. Snakestone Studios is located in downtown Truth or Consequences\, NM and ordinarily houses the works of 5 local artists.
