SUMMARY:Opening Reception: YALLA & (UN)SEEN\, Photography Exhibitions
DESCRIPTION:From March 13-May 17\, 2026\, RedLine Contemporary Art Center presents two distinct contemporary photography exhibitions: UNSEEN and YALLA: You’ll Never Walk Alone. \nYALLA: You’ll Never Walk Alone is a solo exhibition featuring photographs and ephemera from Brooklyn-based\, Lebanese\, Palestinian-American photographer Marwan Shousher. The exhibition title\, “YALLA” is loosely translated as “C’mon. Let’s Go!” in Arabic\, while the subtitle refers to the song\, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” by Gerry & The Pacemakers (1963)\, which has become an iconic anthem of solidarity through working class soccer/football clubs in Liverpool\, Glasgow\, and Dortmund. \nUNSEEN challenges viewers to see Palestinians as complete individuals with a deep connection to their land\, ancestors\, and the traditions they carry. Featuring photographs of Colorado Palestinian families taken by local artists\, UNSEEN invites viewers on a journey of what it means to be Palestinian today. \nEach exhibition reflects a unique artistic perspective and approach. While different in thesis and tone\, both projects align with RedLine’s mission to support artist-led work that fosters education\, reflection\, and thoughtful dialogue. \nThe opening reception is on Friday\, March 13th\, from 7-9pm. RSVP HERE: https://secure.redlineart.org/nx/portal/neonevents/events?path=%2Fportal%2Fevents%2F36903 \nEmail
