SUMMARY:Textile Collage Masterclass with Monica Mohnot
DESCRIPTION:In this 4-hour workshop\, participants explore textile manipulation techniques from the ground up. They begin by collaging a variety of fabrics together in a jigsaw-puzzle-style arrangement\, then build depth and texture using reverse appliqué and chenille\, layering in additional fabric and optional printing or paint mark-making along the way. Each participant leaves with a finished piece they can display as a flat 2D wall piece or shape into a simple 3D form\, depending on personal preference and time.
