SUMMARY:Creative Possibilities of Collage Masterclass with Bernie Diaz
DESCRIPTION:This workshop introduces participants to the creative possibilities of collage through a progressive series of small-scale projects exploring a range of techniques\, approaches\, and compositional strategies used in the artist’s body of work. Participants will experiment with layering\, fragmentation\, juxtaposition\, abstraction\, recontextualization\, and other collage-based methods while developing their own visual language through play\, experimentation\, and reinterpretation of found imagery. Some activities may involve collaborative making processes that encourage shared experimentation and collective image-making.
