Butterfly Cult is Jennifer Sirey on guitar, vocals, and slide and Tamara Zibners on guitar, ukulele, vocals and harmonica. Their original songs are real-life ruminations on love, trauma and sisterhood. Both musicians are also visual artists. Hailing from opposite coasts – New York and California – they formed their collaboration in 2024 while at the RAiR compound in Roswell, New Mexico.
Wolverton is a music group of four friends formed in San Antonio, TX in 2011. Half of the band – Cara & Hills – moved to Magdalena, NM in 2019. At the Anderson Museum, they will perform as a duo for only the third time, delivering a handful of original songs, including Cara’s darkling Paper Kisses and Hills’s Vertigo Breakdown Empire Hotel.
