An immersive series that allows audience members to explore the ideas and concepts around personal movement improvisation, THE MOVE LAB offers an intimate look into the personal practice of developing an expressive movement language.

During this hour-long event, audience members will be invited to participate in a 20-minute movement improvisation class to explore their own movement language. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Following the movement exploration, participants will be treated to a live performance by local professional dance artists as they navigate space, time, and physicality together in a 30-minute improvisation. Advanced tickets are encouraged as there is limited space and availability.

Masks Required for audience members and workshop participants.
