Starr Hardridge: New Paintings

Starr Hardridge is an enrolled member of the Muscogee Creek Nation and was raised throughout central Oklahoma. His work uses an assemblage of pointillism and southeastern woodland bead work aesthetic. Schooled in traditional disciplines of classical painting, his style continues to evolve with an abstract symbolism influenced by a struggle for balance within the natural world. His bold use of color and geometry wield a modern twist inspired by Muscogee patterns and designs.
