Laura Stanziola explores human psychology and behavior through her art. Drawing inspiration from science, medicine, history, literature, and myth, she combines craft with fine art, blending beautiful forms with unsettling content.
As a painter, Michael Fairchild is a hoarder and a space cadet. He makes little abstract pictures that embrace inconsistency, indecision, fragility, compulsion, and distraction – qualities that might be undervalued in other aspects of life. He lives and works in Philadelphia.
Carl Jennings seeks to extend the language of abstraction through small-scale works that – while intimate and informal – aspire to the monumental and the transcendent. He creates images that are deliberately uncertain, open-ended, and singular – images that are grounded in the poetic immediacy of experience.
