Nacha Mendez Day of the Dead Concert

Our Nacha Mendez Music Scholarship fundraiser at the Museum of International Folk Art opens with a reception at 6 pm in the museum atrium. There will be food, wine, and entertainment provided by 3 of the scholarship recipients accompanied by our committee member and violinist Carla Kountoupes.

At 7 pm, a concert begins in the museum theater to honor our deceased relatives. Ishi Sato, first place recipient, will open the evening, followed by the Nacha Mendez trio.
