Julie Shelton Snyder’s upcoming show of monoprints at Hecho a Mano centers the color blue, which she sees as connected to the realms of the spiritual and intangible. Blue also represents New Mexico for Shelton Snyder, where she and her husband have lived for the past five years. “I’m always trying to mix the perfect blue that matches the sky here,” she says. “It’s so stunningly beautiful.”
