AURA: Curatorial Talk with Eriko Tsogo
June 2, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Join us for a virtual curatorial talk with Eriko Tsogo, the curator behind AURA, an exhibition made in collaboration with Denver Film. Led by Union Hall’s Chief Curator Ari Myers, we will be discussing the concept, inspiration, and selected works by Alex Branch, Sam Grabowska, Esther Hz, Anna Kaye, Christine Nguyen, Jodi Stuart, Autumn Thomas, Melanie Clemmons, and Zak Loyd.
This is a live stream conversation streamed to Union Hall’s YouTube channel. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
AURA explores the interdisciplinary territory of art and technology–presenting a mix of traditional and experimental art forms that challenge the possibilities of creative innovation to enlist technology as new modes of valuation and expression in cultural production and critique. AURA seeks to challenge the preconceptions about art at the forefront of innovation, in what is next, and to inspire new ways of creative thinking.
AURA is on view through July 9th, 2022 at Union Hall.
Gallery hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 12-6 pm.
You can preview the exhibition at UnionHallDenver.org/current.
