About Brothers: Working nearly exclusively with infrared film using a range of cameras including a 4×5, a 6×17 panoramic, and a pinhole, Cody Brothers’ analog captures are scanned and output as black and white digital chromogenic prints. Cody Brothers works in a subject matter that is predominantly landscape, capturing vast scenes that bring the viewer to understand a sense of place, he travels miles and miles on each shoot to achieve the best final photograph.

About Chef Pablo: With over a dozen years of culinary and Michelin-star restaurant experience, Chef Pablo shares a global perspective that ties in techniques and flavors while nurturing the connection between the land, ingredients, makers, and farmers to hotel guests and the community purposefully.
